If you’ve never celebrated Independence Day in Redmond, you’re in for a spectacular experience. Every 4th of July, Redmond transforms into a living tribute to the stars & stripes, with more than 1,600 commemorative flags hung across the city — lining the streets, fluttering on front porches, and raised high against the backdrop of our sunny, high desert skies.
And the celebration doesn’t end with the decorations. From a morning parade down 6th street to live music and parties across the city and beyond, all capped off with show-stopping firework displays, Redmond is your Basecamp for celebrating America’s birthday.
